Before and after the wedding....

While the main purpose for the trip to Cancun was to attend Kristin and Bill's wedding, we were able to do some 'touristy' things, too. The hotel, The Beach Palace, was a beautiful, extremely well run resort. The several restaurants were all outstanding, the workers all seemed to be having a good time while being very efficient. They put on a couple of shows (short clips here),and we 'fell in love' with the 'SkyBar' on the roof. The 'three amigos' pictured below were a joy. Zacarias, the bartender...Rosa, the server and Mauricio, 'the chef that never cooks' (according to Zacarias) kept us entertained every evening. All in all, it was a fabulous week. Thanks to Kristin and Bill for choosing such a great place for their wedding.
